The Role


If you're looking for an opportunity to contribute to all aspects of a residential development project and gain leadership experience by managing the various stages of the development lifecycle, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

We are seeking an Assistant Development Manager to support the delivery of several residential development projects.

Reporting to a team of experienced development professionals, you will be a major contributor to all phases of the project lifecycle.

A key to the success in this role will be your excellent time management skills, proactive approach and desire to take charge of the project tasks that you are responsible for.


You will undertake various project tasks to support the team including tracking project milestones, project financials, invoicing and assisting with overarching project strategies.

An understanding of contracts combined with legal and probity knowledge will be essential for this position.

Previous experience engaging with contractors, consultants and advisors and the ability manage the delivery of minor works within appropriate time, cost and quality measures is required.

About You

  • Tertiary qualifications in Civil Engineering, Property Development, Construction or Project Management essential
  • Some exposure to the preparation and analysis of financial feasibility studies, budgeting and cost monitoring.
  • Strong technical skills with Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office and Adobe Pro or PDF based programs
  • Some exposure to the preparation and analysis of financial feasibility studies, budgeting and cost monitoring
  • Experience working in an environment requiring liaison with, and coordination of, multiple stakeholders.
