- Providing input to operational considerations related to in-house applications with a particular focus to digital channel and API development.
- Development of high-level technical solution designs;
- Analyse and translate business requirements into conceptual solutions;
- Day-to-day support of in-house applications and integrated systems. This includes all second level support items as well as defect management and after-hours support as needed;
- Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines for BOQ on-premise and cloud environments;
- Ensuring all support issues are turned around within appropriate time frames in line with the urgency/priority of issues;
- Adhering to BOQ change control processes, including ensuring that all changes are appropriately tested and implemented properly; and;
- Providing mentorship and guidance to other team members assisting with support.
- Understanding and working experience using Azure cloud technologies.
- Experience in deploying and hosting solutions to the Azure platform.
- Proven experience CI/CD pipleline using Microsoft Azure DevOps.
- .NET framework understanding including ASP.NET Core framework.
- Proficient in Restful Web Service Design, Service Oriented Application Design.
- Experience reading and understanding technical documentation such as API Documents, Process Flow diagrams etc.
- Knowledge and skills in Azure API Management Platform, or equivalent systems such as CA, Apigee or Mulesoft (desirable)
