MACA Interquip have an excellent opportunity for a Procurement Administrator, we are looking for someone who is motivated to join our growing team.

This role is to work with our procurement and purchasing teams based at our Welshpool Office.

Responsibilities of the Role:


  • Maintenance and updating of registers specific to procurement.
  • Processing requisitions to allow purchase order creation in accordance with company procedures.
  • Assisting in the creation of contract and tender documents.
  • Support the business as required with procurement process and queries.
  • Provide training to staff on requirements of procure to pay.
  • Contribute to and support process development and improvement.
  • Develop and maintain professional working relationships with internal and external contacts as appropriate.
  • Other duties as directed within the scope of your skills and abilities.
  • Actively participate and contribute to the continuous improvement and innovation of MACA work practices.
  • A "Cando" attitude that fosters a positive workplace culture and team environment

To be successful in this role, you will possess:

  • Intermediate skills with the Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Preferably experience in a Purchasing/Procurement Role, ideally in Construction or Mining Industries
  • Welldeveloped communication skills, both written and oral
  • Good interpersonal skills with people at all levels
  • Effective organisation and planning skills
  • Australian C class drivers' license
