About the Company
You will play a crucial role in developing and maintaining business-as-usual (BAU) processes, as well as identifying and fulfilling the data and reporting needs of the organisation.
Your expertise in visualisation tools such as Power BI and Tableau, along with your proficiency in SQL and SAP, will be instrumental in driving data-driven decision-making and enhancing the overall business performance.
About the RoleCollaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders to understand business objectives and challenges. Leverage data and analytics to provide strategic recommendations that drive informed decision-making at all levels.
Develop, implement, and maintain business-as-usual processes related to data collection, analysis, and reporting. Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and accessibility to support ongoing operations.
Analyse complex data sets to extract meaningful insights, trends, and patterns.
Create insightful and actionable reports, dashboards, and visualisations using tools like Power BI and Tableau, enabling stakeholders to comprehend and utilise data effectively.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, finance, operations, and executive leadership, to gather requirements, understand business needs, and communicate analytical findings.
Leverage your experience within the financial services industry to bring valuable insights and domain knowledge to the organisation's decision-making processes.
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Computer Science, Finance, Economics).
Minimum of 3 years of experience as a consultant or business analyst, preferably within the financial services industry.
Proficiency in data visualsation tools such as Power BI and Tableau to create compelling and informative visualisations.
Strong SQL skills to manipulate and analyse data from various sources.
Experience working with SAP for data extraction and integration.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
Proven project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
Permanent residency or Australian citizenship is a requirement.
