The Position:

The Site Supervisor - FRP will be key to the success of our civil construction projects.

As you oversee the Trades & labour, it will help maintain safety, quality, and efficiency throughout the concrete reinforcement and pouring phases.

Your attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and ability to manage resources are critical for ensuring that the project is completed on time and within budget while meeting all required standards.

Camp Accommodation & Meals: Camp facilities include rooms with ensuites, a recreation room, gym, small retail facilities, Wi-Fi, mess, wet mess, 24/7 security, and laundry.

FIFO / DIDO:Depending on the project location.

SALARY:Base + Super + Site Uplift


Duties will include:

• Arrangement of Plant, Labour & Material resources for the project
• Direction & Monitoring of Subcontractors & Suppliers
• Thorough understanding of OH&S
• Maintaining the daily record of site activities
• Reading Plans
• High Level communication with Internal & External Stakeholders

What we're looking for:

• Experienced in FRP as a Site Supervisor
• Certificate 3 in Civil Construction or Similar
• Experienced in the Concrete / Steel Fixing / Formwork / Earthworks.
• Implementation of quality control techniques
• Planning & management of daily tasks & activities / Ability to assist in managing several teams of employees across various projects.

• Intermediate Computer skills

• MS Suite Word/Excel/Teams/Outlook
• Be innovative & a problem solver.
• Friendly personality & team player
• Great communicator, proactive & approachable
