ABOUT THE COMPANY - Part of a Melbourne based Dealer Group, housing the worlds leading and most recognised brands


ABOUT THE ROLE - Reporting into the Fixed Operations Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the daily targets are achieved in an efficient and productive manner. For this particular position, we seek a true People's Manager, a proven professional who can build and harvest a positive culture. You will monitor and work closely with Workshop technicians and the Front of House staff to manage daily throughput, monitor book-in ratios and achieve profitability targets > budget.


WE ARE LOOKING FOR;

  • Australian recognised automotive mechanic qualification certificate 3 or above

Experience as a Workshop Controller or Workshop Manager within a dealership setting is essential:

  • Strong time management and organisation skills
  • Strong ability to prioritise under pressure to reach the best outcomes for the business and customer
  • A leader with a focus on efficient process and quality management
  • Customer first ethos with ability to interpret and communicate between customers and service department staff
  • The ability to bring a team together and harvest positive culture
  • A leader with complete selfbelief and longterm dedication
