_About You:
_

Hold a Bachelor of Nursing with current APHRA registration
Possess a minimum of five years' experience as a Clinical Manager in Residential Aged Care Services
Demonstrate understanding and compliance with Aged Care Quality Standards, with exposure to recent accreditations being advantageous
Have a working knowledge of Quality Assurance Programs
Excel as a communicator across all management levels, fostering relationships with staff, residents, and their families
Possess a proactive problemsolving mindset and collaborate effectively with Clinical Governance and Quality Managers
Demonstrate exceptional interpersonal and negotiation skills, particularly in building relationships with older individuals, general practitioners, and other healthcare providers
