About the role
Central Adelaide Local Health Network (CALHN) is looking for an enthusiastic Diversity and Inclusion Officer.

This role sits within the Organisational Development (OD) team and will lead strategic projects and initiatives that foster workplace diversity and an inclusive culture.


As the Diversity and Inclusion Officer, you will work with stakeholders throughout the organisation to implement relevant strategy and procedures, including our Diversity and Inclusion Action Plan, Gender, Equality and Respect Action Plan and the Reconciliation Action Plan.

The coordination of White Ribbon events and activities is also within the scope of this position.


We are looking for someone with knowledge and experience in the implementation of diversity and inclusion activities who is motivated to make a difference and drive positive change.

Skills in managing relationships with a range of stakeholders, effective communication and prioritising competing tasks will be important in this position.


You will be part of a vibrant and forward-thinking OD team who are committed to supporting our organisation through a range of developmental initiatives tailored to the needs of our workforce.

The Central Adelaide Local Health Network includes South's Australia's major quaternary facility, the Royal Adelaide Hospital, The Queen Elizabeth Hospital, the Hampstead Rehabilitation Centre, and the Repat Health Precinct.

Essential Requirements:


  • Current National Police Clearance (NPC)
  • Immunisation screening as indicated in the role description.
