Your new role:


  • This administration position supports the Medical Imaging team with administration duties relating to ongoing and future research performed within Medical Imaging
  • Role requires a dedicated and organised individual to liaise with research coordinators, Imaging staff to facilitate trial studies, manage participant bookings, manage associated billing, and to expedite and improve over all efficiency
  • Perform data collection and assist with data management
  • Liaising with clinical staff and research staff to ensure research studies are clinically justified and receive prompt endorsement
  • Support the office of Research and Research coordinators across The Royal Melbourne Hospital.

About you:


  • We are looking for a dedicated individual who has a keen interest in working with the Medical Imaging Department with coordinating and managing all administrative aspects relating to research but also to work with clinical staff on developing future research opportunities
  • Previous experience in administration or working in a Health care setting
  • Have excellent communication, time management skills
  • A willingness to learn and develop new skills in a big public hospital environment
