The preferred location for this role is Melbourne but can be based anywhere in Australia.


Let's talk about the role and responsibilities:

  • Lead business workshops for requirement gathering and solution alignment.
  • Engage in requirements gathering and development of use cases. Support architecture, process, and governance development
  • Translate architecture specifications to lowlevel component design and identify customizations for implementation
  • Communicate with clients and partners on aspects of both the product and implementation at the technical and/or functional level, appropriate for the situation.
  • Perform out of the box configuration and implement necessary customization as needed
  • Ensure requirements are gathered, processes defined, and use cases are documented.
  • Participate in deployment activities, configurations, custom rule development, development, and thirdparty system integration
  • Resolve any issues highlighted during System Integration Testing and User Acceptance Testing.
  • Resolve day to day technical & functional issues
  • Help in RFP/sales cycle as required
  • Help develop technical documents detailing the products, environment and process of identity systems and functions

Let's talk about your capability and experience:

  • Professionally or Associate level Certification in SuccessFactors Employee Central
  • Certification or experience in another SuccessFactors module
  • 5+ years of SuccessFactors Employee Central Implementation Experience
  • 8+ years of experience in HR/HCM projects
  • SuccessFactors EC Time off/ Timesheet experience and knowledge would be a plus
  • Experience and knowledge of Employee Central (EC) including implementation strategies, data and reporting
  • Experience in Integration Centre, SuccessFactors APIs, Integration with EC Payroll, 3rd Party system & replication
  • Good knowledge of system configuration in accordance with Solution Design Configuration workbook, giving Proof of Concepts
  • Understand the functional requirements from the client and prepare documentation and training materials as and when needed
  • Experience in preparation and execution of Test Scenarios, Test scripts and Cutover activities
  • Educate clients on alternatives for system configuration and design
  • Good communication skills and ability to manage client expectations
