Description

The Project Coordinator reporting to the Customer Service Manager works alongside the Operations Team to proactively drive the file through the pre-construction workflow.

The key focus of this role is to provide an exceptional customer experience through the customers build journey with Wilson Homes.

More specifically, you will:

Manage a portfolio of customers from Tender Accept to Commencement of Construction.
Set clear expectations with customers to ensure they have a solid understanding of the preconstruction process and timelines.
Establish a strong rapport with customers by contacting the customers on a weekly basis via phone call to provide a progress update on their build.
Meet with the customer face to face to complete a comprehensive plan presentation.
Proactively drive the customers home through all required preconstruction stages in order to reach commencement within the specified timeframe.
Confidently present and sign HIA Contract with customers.
Provide proactive solutions for the customer to allow the file to continue to progress through the preconstruction process.
Work collaboratively with other departments and external stakeholders to meet business objectives.
Ensure customer concerns are addressed with urgency and adopt dispute resolution techniques where required.
Identify win /win outcomes for the customer and the business.
Overall provide the customer with a positive build journey.

In addition, you will demonstrate:

A commitment to providing all customers with a professional and unbeatable customer experience
Previous experience is a customer service and support role
The ability to work under pressure successfully managing multiple clients and prioritising workloads
Ideally some knowledge of the residential construction industry including building your own home or a passion for building design
Exposure to building plans and contracts is desirable but this is something we will teach you on the job

- intermediate knowledge and use of Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
