Description

The Project Coordinator reporting to the Customer Service Manager works alongside the Operations Team to proactively drive the file through the pre-construction workflow.

The key focus of this role is to provide an exceptional customer experience through the customers build journey with Wilson Homes.


More specifically, you will:

  • Manage a portfolio of customers from Tender Accept to Commencement of Construction.
  • Set clear expectations with customers to ensure they have a solid understanding of the preconstruction process and timelines.
  • Establish a strong rapport with customers by contacting the customers on a weekly basis via phone call to provide a progress update on their build.
  • Meet with the customer face to face to complete a comprehensive plan presentation.
  • Proactively drive the customers home through all required preconstruction stages in order to reach commencement within the specified timeframe.
  • Confidently present and sign HIA Contract with customers.
  • Provide proactive solutions for the customer to allow the file to continue to progress through the preconstruction process.
  • Work collaboratively with other departments and external stakeholders to meet business objectives.
  • Ensure customer concerns are addressed with urgency and adopt dispute resolution techniques where required.
  • Identify win /win outcomes for the customer and the business.
  • Overall provide the customer with a positive build journey.

In addition, you will demonstrate:

  • A commitment to providing all customers with a professional and unbeatable customer experience
  • Previous experience is a customer service and support role
  • The ability to work under pressure successfully managing multiple clients and prioritising workloads
  • Ideally some knowledge of the residential construction industry including building your own home or a passion for building design
  • Exposure to building plans and contracts is desirable but this is something we will teach you on the job
- intermediate knowledge and use of Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
