The Opportunity


This is an exciting opportunity to join the AIA National Operations team on a 12 month contract to provide high quality and reliable customer service to our adviser and licensee network to ensure their commissions and remuneration related queries are being serviced.


To do this successfully you will:

  • Deliver reliable customer service to our advisers and licensees
  • Resolve remuneration and commission related enquiries including resolving escalations and/or complaint
  • Engage and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
  • Play an active role in risk management to ensure standards are upheld
  • Ensure reporting requests and administrative tasks are actioned within the Service Level Agreements.
  • Develop and maintain quality working relationships with internal and external partners.
  • Experience in working in complex and fast paced team environments
  • Intermediate knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Experience in an operations environment (preferably administration) is preferred
  • Highly organised with the ability to prioritise work activities and effectively allocate tasks
  • Effective problemsolving skills
  • Strong communications skills both verbally and written
