    Are you a highly motivated and experienced Body Corporate Manager seeking an exciting opportunity with a leading Strata Management company in Australia? Our client is looking for a talented individual to join their team and work with a newly created and well-maintained mixed-use portfolio.

    About The Role

    You will be working with a newly created and well maintained mixed use portfolio.

    • Liaising with Body Corporates as required
    • Arrange quotations and repairs and maintenance for works required
    • Prepare agendas and minutes for meeting
    • Prepare budgets for presentations to AGMs
    • Convene and conduct meetings

    The Candidate

    Candidates with relevant related experience with in the property/legal industry will be considered.

    Ideal but not essential.

    • Ability to manage diverse portfolios
    • Ability to manage staff
    • High attention to detail and administrative skills
    • Understanding of ACT Strata Legislation and related regulations
    • Experienced in building and maintaining strong client relationships
