Are you a strong leader with previous maintenance or engineering experience within a strata/MLR operation? Join us as our next
Maintenance Manager.



As our next Maintenance Manager, you will:

  • Be responsible for managing motivating a team of Maintenance Assistants to ensure that our property functions like a well-oiled machine
  • Communicate effectively at all levels, from the General Manager to guests and contractors working onsite
  • Work closely with all other departments including Housekeeping and Front Office to manage the issues at hand

What we are looking for:


  • A strong leader with previous maintenance or engineering experience within a strata/MLR operation to take ownership of the maintenance department
  • Strong administrative and computer skills as well as exceptional stakeholder management and negotiation skills
  • A comprehensive financial understanding of managing a profitable operation, and familiarity with WHS legislation compliance would be advantageous
  • Availability to carry our emergency maintenance work outside of normal working hours, in the event of a full power failure, evacuation fire system reset and/or failure of mechanical systems
