About the Role


This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a company that offers a sociable, fun and collaborative working environment.

As a Scaffolding Technician, there are opportunities to upskill and further progress your career in FIFO and Shutdown experience, with training and development opportunities available including those specific to the industry and sector.


To be considered for this role you will possess the following skills, experience and attributes:

  • 2+ years of experience working on shutdowns and preventative maintenance projects within the Oil & Gas industry.
  • 2+ years of offshore experience working as an Intermediate or Advanced Scaffolder in vessels, pipe racks and tanks (desirable)
  • Ability to work with strict deadlines and timeframes.
  • Ability to work shift work (Day/Night/Weekends)
  • Strong commitment to maintaining a safety culture.
  • Ability to work within a team environment while capable of working unsupervised.
  • Willing and able to Tank and Vessel clean.
  • Willing to assist the Mechanical team.

Required Qualifications/Tickets:


  • Offshore tickets (MSIC, BOSIET/FOET, CA-EBS)
  • Common Safety Training Program (CSTP) or able to obtain
  • Intermediate or Advanced scaffolding ticket
  • Rigging ticket (desirable)
  • Working at Heights (WAH) ticket (Obtained in the last 2 years) or able to obtain
  • Enter and Work in Confined Space (CSE) ticket (Obtained in the last 2 years) or able to obtain
  • Confined Space Rescue ticket (desirable)
  • Breathing Apparatus or able to obtain
  • Construction Card or able to obtain
  • Full Australian working rights
  • Strong commitment to workplace Health & Safety
