The business has proudly produced some of Australia's favourite household names at our NSW location for over 40 years, encompassing the Green's, Lowan, Poppin and Lolly Gobble Bliss Bombs brands.

The Role

As a Contract Officer, your focus will include:

  • Developing, driving, and implementing strategy for sourcing the indirects category.
  • Negotiate, develop and review contracts, projects and services on behalf of the Business
  • Prepare and interprets variations to contracts
  • Securing and managing pricing for the Indirects category to maximise value for money for the business units.
  • Develop and maintain effective working relationships with suppliers and customers to maintain their input into the business while ensuring confidentiality and protection of proprietary information.
  • Review and improve all existing supplier payment terms to assist the business with cash flow targets.
  • Supplier segmentation across the supply base to maximise the relationship across key partner supplier.

About you

  • 3+ years in similar position in an FMCG Manufacturing environment
  • Strong commercial acumen, negotiation, change management, problem solving, and customer focused skills.
  • Wellhoned stakeholder management, including partnering, influencing, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work both autonomously and across different business units.
  • Sound knowledge of endtoend procurement process and best practice solutions, coupled with supply chain experience (preferably in manufacturing).
  • Degree qualification in Management, Business, or equivalent 3+ years Industry experience.

$100, $120,000.00 per year
