  • Your role is to lead this new market development as National Sales Manager

What's the job?

  • As National Sales Manager you'll report to the Managing Director and agree channel strategy for Boori's expansion into the adult and lifestyle general furniture categories
  • Your role is to deliver on agreed volume, sales, and profit targets
  • You'll leverage both the Boori brand and your own network of furniture retailers to expand current customers and win new business
  • You'll be the champion of the channel and customer inside Boori, creating awareness and passion for delivering against customer goals
  • You'll operate as the General Manager of the channel, taking responsibility for all aspects of execution across the Boori business

The skills and experience you'll need

  • You will be a successful sales leader with experience managing national furniture customers in Australia
  • As a sales manager of the general/lifestyle furniture retail channel you'll have a wellmaintained network and personal brand with the potential to leverage existing/past relationships to create new opportunities for Boori
  • Your commercial acumen matched with channel experience will mean you can demonstrate how to accelerate revenue and profit in the furniture retail market
  • You'll be future focused with a passion for market insights and trends
  • You can demonstrate how to grow revenue with experience in taking a new brand/range to market
  • You will have a strong entrepreneurial streak
