AirSolved specialises in managing premium short-term rental properties, such as Airbnb's. We offer a boutique, comprehensive property management services to ensure both property owners and guests have exceptional experiences.


Key Responsibilities:

• Communicate effectively with guests to handle booking inquiries and provide necessary information.
• Address and resolve any issues that arise for guests and property owners promptly and professionally.
• Restock home amenities and ensure properties are wellequipped for guest comfort.
• Conduct precheckin and postcheckout inspections to maintain property standards.
• Coordinate with our cleaning partners to ensure properties are clean and ready for new guests.
• Oversee maintenance and repairs as needed, ensuring properties remain in top condition.
• Handle additional costs, reviews and customer support for each property.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in the short rental industry would be ideal, property management, hotel and/or hospitality will be highly regarded as well.
• Having a car is for this job as you will need to visit properties daily.
• STRONG communication and interpersonal skills. We cannot stress this enough. We are a passionate team and the nature of the job can throw some unexpected issues at you. You must be confident enough to handle talking to guests courteously.
• Ability to problemsolve and handle guest/host issues efficiently.
• Organized and detailoriented.
• Flexibility to respond to guest and property needs outside standard business hours, if necessary.
• Experience with Airbnb hosting and other shortterm rental channels is preferred.
