About The Role

GenesisCare Oncology Victoria is seeking expressions of interest for a for a full-time or part-time permanent Radiation Oncologist to join our teams at Frankston and Casey.

The Victorian practice operates on an Varian Truebeam platform and an Eclipse planning system and uses the Mosaiq Oncology Information System.

Currently the Linac is capable of VMAT, IMRT, OBI and DIBH, SABR and stereotactic treatments.

As part of the GenesisCare Oncology Victoria network, you will be working collaboratively with a group of over 20 Radiation Oncologists, from our 9 departments, with weekly State-wide educational meetings and chart rounds.

Our senior clinicians act in a mentoring role for all junior colleagues.

The key focus of the position will be to provide clinical care and daily management of associated multidisciplinary patient care to ensure efficient delivery of high quality radiation oncology treatment.

Communication skills and the ability to work in partnership with the team will be required.

We're interesting in hearing from people with the following medical qualifications

Current registered practitioner with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Authority
Fellowship of the Royal Australian and New Zealand College of Radiologists
Compliance as a healthcare provider with credentialing and compliance requirements such as CPD, insurance and immunisation
