- The panel will monitor this recruitment pool for applications, and will assess on a regular basis.

- If you are successful to the pool, you will be considered for all suitable vacancies across hospitals and health services in the 7 WACHS regions for the duration of the pool without having to re-apply for each individual position. You will be able to indicate your regional preferences and availability for positions.
- Appointments may be made from this pool until 19/08/2024.
- Relocation incentives of $6,000 to $10,000 may be available for interstate and international health professionals appointed to a permanent position or fixed term contract of 12 months or longer, subject to the WA Health Relocation Incentives requirements

- A statement of 2-3 pages addressing the essential selection criteria, with examples to demonstrate your skills and experience. The essential selection criteria are listed on the final page of the attached Job Description Form.
- The names and contact details of two (2) recent professional referees. It is preferable for one to be your current supervisor or manager.
- Provide evidence of an Australian speech pathology qualification, or evidence of eligibility for full membership with Speech Pathology Australia
- Provide evidence of their Australian citizenship or permanent residency to be considered for a permanent position in the WA public sector
- Undertake criminal records screening and integrity checks; this may also include referees commenting on your integrity and past demonstration of ethical behaviour

About this opportunity
As a Speech Pathologist with the WA Country Health Service, you will plan, coordinate, and provide a Speech Pathology service to a designated caseload of inpatient, outpatient and/or community clients. You will be part of a multidisciplinary team and have the opportunity to develop broad clinical and professional skills.
