Our client is looking for a number of Sales Consultants to join their contact centre team.

As a Travel Sales Consultant, you will work across three of the major brands, providing consistently high levels of support to the travel agent partners.

Based out of the Bondi Junction (flexible working options available), key responsibilities will include.

  • Work together with our travel agent partners providing consistent high levels of sales and service support.
  • Address queries in an efficient manner in a multichannel Contact Centre environment
  • Consistently meet and exceed sales and service targets.
  • Maintain a highlevel of systems and product knowledge, completing all relevant training updates.
  • Address agent issues in an appropriate manner, escalating as required.
  • Take note of customer and agent feedback and rely on management to assist in the continuous improvement process.
  • Work a flexible roster including weekend work (Saturday half day

Who We're looking for?
You will bring a
PASSION for travel and display this at all times with the agent partners and guests. You'll be an excellent communicator and building strong relationships will come naturally.


You will also:

  • Have lived/born in a different country for a period.
  • Have done a good amount of travelling.
  • Have STRONG Customer Service skills.
  • Have had good sales exposure transferable skills.
