- Lead and supervise a team of landscaping personnel in performing various landscaping tasks such as mowing, trimming, planting, and irrigation system installation.
- Have to ability to work on both soft and hand scape projects.
- Plan and organize daily tasks, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and timely completion of projects.
- Train new team members on proper landscaping techniques, equipment operation, and safety procedures.
- Monitor and maintain equipment to ensure optimal performance and safety standards.
- Enforce safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe working environment for the team and clients.
- Maintain accurate records of work hours, materials used, and project expenses.
- Proven experience in landscaping, with a minimum of 3 years relevant work experience.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to lead and motivate a team effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- In-depth knowledge of landscaping techniques, equipment, and materials.
- Proficiency in operating landscaping tools and machinery.
- Ability to work efficiently in various weather conditions and environments.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
- Certification in landscaping or related field is preferred.
