We are working with a family owned landscaping company McDaid Property Maintenace (MPM), and they are seeking a motivated Landscaper Labourer to join the team on a casual basis. MPM specialises in creating beautiful outdoor spaces for residential and commercial clients. Role Overview: As a Landscaper Labourer, you will work closely with the small team to assist in various landscaping projects. This hands-on role will involve a range of tasks such as planting, mulching, mowing, edging, and general garden maintenance. If you enjoy working outdoors and have a passion for creating beautiful landscapes, this is an exciting opportunity to develop your skills in a supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in all aspects of landscaping projects, including planting, mulching, mowing, and edging.
• Perform general garden maintenance tasks such as weeding, pruning, and lawn care.
• Operate and maintain landscaping tools and equipment.
• Follow safety protocols and contribute to maintaining a safe work environment.
• Work collaboratively with the team to ensure project deadlines are met.

Requirements

• Previous experience in landscaping or a related field is preferred but not essential.
• Reside locally to Redcliffe, QLD.
• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks and work in various weather conditions.
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn and take instructions from experienced landscapers.
• Strong work ethic and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Excellent attention to detail and a passion for creating beautiful outdoor spaces.
• Valid driver's license and ability to toe a trailer.
• Ability to lift heavy objects and operate landscaping machinery such as zero turn mowers, self propelled mowers, brushcutters and petrol hedgers.
