Not only do they house one of the largest sales teams, but they also GET property management and have implemented some of the best support/systems to make sure their Property Managers are not fatigued.


About the Role


Reporting to the Head of Property Management, you will be taking over a well-managed portfolio that has been managed by one PM for over three years.

Their portfolio covers 125 properties located between the Fremantle area and Baldivis, making it an ideal role for someone living in the Outer South suburbs.

The portfolio also has leasing support and a strong support team to assist with tenant enquiry, along with VA's to assist with documentation - allowing you to focus on building strong relationships with your owners.


Skills & Experience

  • Previous experience in property management with your own portfolio.
  • Current PM Registration
  • Current driver's license
  • Strong customer service and problemsolving skills
  • Excellent time management and care factor
