They provide end to end integration services around complex mission critical infrastructure.

They have high growth aspirations and need an experience sales and marketing manager to lead the growth.

About the role

This role is for a passionate and strategic sales and marketing leader with a proven track record of building and developing great sales teams and growing revenue.

This is a strategic and tactical leadership role focusing on lifting team capability, ensuring the continued growth of market share and driving customer satisfaction.

Knowledge and experience dealing within
complex sales environment aswell as developing international growth is a requirement for this role.


Duties

• Implementing the Sales and Marketing Strategy;
• Development of sales team;
• Develop and maintain relationships with key customers for the purpose of securing and extending existing business;
• Grow international opportunities;
• Active involvement in key negotiations & tenders;

The Qualifications and Experience required is:

• Minimum
  five years' sales management experience.
• Proven team leadership skills and ability to drive revenue and grow pipeline.
• Understanding of
  complex sales environment
