About the Role

WorkPac are currently seeking an experienced Maintenance Administrator to join our client Rio Tito in their Perth Office for a 12 month duration.

This position will be working a Monday to Friday roster.

Responsibilities:

To assist the building maintenance and facilities asset team with there daily activities.

Work on small projects and provide advise on document control and information sharing.

Learn and adapt to new systems, at times assist with invoicing.

Skills and Experience

5+ years? experience in a Administrator role

Qualification in an administrative discipline

Supervisory experience in managing operational systems

Strong technical and analytical ability

Demonstrated experience in utilising SAP is mandatory

Proficiency in Microsoft word is mandatory
