_ Resource Coordinator_:

- _to join our fast-growing East Coast team, based in our busy Port Melbourne office.


The Role

Duties will Include, but are not limited to:

  • Providing administration support to our Operations Manager, Field Based Employees, and Internal staff
  • Liaising on a daily basis with field employees
  • Updating systems, qualifications, inductions, and liaising with training providers
  • Assisting with rostering and deployment of field employees
  • Issuing online inductions, updating client portals, databases and sending requests to ensure work teams are compliant prior to mobilisation
  • Processing timesheets, liaising with payroll, managing pay queries, and problem solving
  • Raising purchase orders, managing invoicing and claims
  • Organising PPE stock, office supplies, organising hire vehicles, travel, and accommodation
  • Keeping personnel files current, consistently checking for information needing updating and following up on outofdate documentation required for workers job roles
  • Providing regular updates to internal teams regarding the mobilisation of new workers and teams deploying to jobs
  • Travel to various client sites

Experience & Qualifications

  • Current Drivers Licence
    _essential_:
  • Proven experience in a similar coordinator role
  • Proven experience in recruitment/labour hire industry
  • Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office (particularly Excel)
  • Knowledge of the Rail industry
