Customer service / Admin Officer


Duties and Responsibilities / about the role:

  • Casual position / Part time
  • Process and dispatch customer orders on time and promptly.
  • Purchasing duties
  • General clerical duties and liaise with other departments
  • Coordinate with appropriate departments in processing orders.
  • Other ad hoc administration and customer service tasks as required.
  • Assisting other departments as required
  • Ensuring all HACCP & Quality System measures are being completed maintained.


  • Preferably fluent in Mandarin and English
  • Experience in customer service
  • Good computer skills
  • Friendly phone manner
  • Good communication skills
  • Good attitude towards teamwork and strong safety ethic

Job Types:
Casual, Part-time

From $24.00 per hour


  • No weekends


  • Inbound call centre: 1 year (preferred)
  • Outbound call centre: 1 year (preferred)
  • Customer service: 1 year (preferred)


  • Mandarin (required)
