Job Description:


Sodexo has an opening for a Facilities Maintenance (FM) Data Analyst to join our team in Balcatta in a full time, permanent role working as part of our national FM Platform servicing our energy and resource clients in Western Australia in addition to other contracts nationally.


Within Western Australia, Sodexo is responsible for the operations, maintenance, and refurbishment of non-process infrastructure to clients within the mining and oil & gas sector.

Sodexo plays a critical role in ensuring the resource sector can operate by providing quality catering, hospitality, and facilities maintenance services.


The role of the FM Data Analyst will be responsible for monitoring and analysing FM data to recommend strategies for enhancement of asset performance which assist in the business financial decisions.


You will need to be an excellent communicator who can engage with internal and external stakeholders, being able to provide advice and recommendations to the wider team.


Part of this role will be contributing to the maintenance, upkeep, and continuous improvement of the Asset Management system, including plans and processes to ensure compliance with ISO so a strong understanding and previous experience working within asset management systems is a must.

Within the role your main focus will be on the below areas:

  • Collect and analyses Asset Data.
  • Maintain and improve Master Data and Maintenance Process.
  • Implementation of Asset Management Strategies
  • Asset Life Cycle Cost
  • Reduce asset downtime and improve asset performance.

Qualifications:


What we need from you?

  • Bachelor's Degree in applied data Analytics
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in a professional capacity
  • Experience as a data analyst, or relevant database development experience, Information Management
  • Strong SQL skills to extract and transform and analyse large datasets and derive meaningful insights.
  • Advanced analytical conceptual and problemsolving skills.
  • Is a role model of Sodexo behaviors and values.
  • Current C Class driver's license.
  • Computer literate with intermediate / advanced knowledge of MS Teams, Microsoft Office including Word
- and Excel; and Power BI.
