Meka Recruitment is looking for Admin Assistant for a reputable Construction Company based in Brisbane.Due to our client's growth, they are looking for an experienced Admin Assistant that can start immediately and hit the ground running.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Schedule appointments and update event calendars
- Arrange staff meetings
- Handle incoming and outgoing mails
- Maintain databases and filing systems.
- Proven admin or assistant experience
- Must have basic experience in using Xero
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
- Excellent time management skills and ability to multitask and prioritize work
- Attention to detail and problem solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organisational and planning skills
- Proficient in MS Office especially Outlook and Teams
- Work Monday to Friday from 6:30am 2:30pm

Job Types:
Part-time, Permanent, Casual, Temp to perm, Contract
Part-time hours: 38 per week
Salary:
$ $30.00 per hour
