About the Role...


Reporting to the National Hardware Manager, you will assist in the development and growth of the Alspec's Hardware portfolio for new and existing Alspec Window and Door Systems in line with Alspec Business Strategy.

Your key areas of accountability will mean you will be involved in (amongst other things).

Marketing Work with Alspec marketing team to create supporting material for all new product releases for customers and staff.

Research and Development Assist the Research and Development team with the inclusion of the appropriate hardware in Tech Manuals and V6 software Assist the Research and Development team with arranging testing of hardware in Alspec Window & Door systems

Procurement Work with purchasing team in placing orders for new hardware components from local and overseas suppliers

System Management Review and update hardware item descriptions to provide consistency and clarity

Vendor Management Maintain communication and feedback with vendors

Training Working with our Training department, develop Alspec specific hardware training material

Reporting Provide the National Hardware Manager with a monthly report updating activity on key issues and progress of all projects


About You...
Ideally you will have- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.

  • Established relationship building skills.
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to build working relationships with areas of the business.
  • Demonstrated presentation and listening skills.
  • Ability to problem solve.


You will be required to undergo a pre-employment medical including drug and alcohol testing and must have contactable work references.
