About the role

This is an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic, proactive and results focussed Account Manager.

We are looking for a motivated individual to drive new accounts as well as the ongoing management of existing Lifeblood teams to support the achievement of collection targets for our Geelong, Warrnambool and Ballarat Donor Centres.


Reporting directly into the Regional Partnerships Manager you will play an essential role in building the relationship between external organisations and Lifeblood's local Donor Centres to ensure the acquisition and retention of Donors.

This will be achieved through building successful networks and relationships with key brands, businesses, government, education and community organisations.

You will work with multiple stakeholders planning, executing and supporting Regional Partnerships and community engagement activities to meet the targets.


Sound interesting? Here's what we're looking for:
A proven track record of B2B sales acquisition with extensive experience in business account management, business development or corporate sales

A passion for developing new business and proven experience in territory planning, pipeline management and implementing engaging activities to attract and retain customers

Highly developed communication and interpersonal skills and ability to build successful business relationships

Proficiency in diverse technologies and software including Microsoft Office Suite

Excellent negotiation skills with a strong ability to engage, influence and build rapport

Great organisational skills and time management with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks - you thrive on variety and challenge

A confident presenter, able to deliver professional presentations to a variety of audiences

Able to travel between centres and attend event activity on occasion outside business hours. I.e. assisting with events and acquisitions pertaining to Regional Victoria and beyond where business needs are required

Valid drivers license is a must
