YOUR NEW ROLE


Positioned within Sydney Opera House Presents (SOHP), and reporting to the Head, Strategy and Projects, this role promotes Creative Learning experiences offered at the House within the Primary, Secondary and Tertiary education sectors.

This role implements and delivers on a tactical _Education Engagement Plan_ with the outcome of driving increased sales and sector awareness and improved customer experience.

On occasion the role will support the Head of Strategy and Projects with the coordination and administration of strategic projects including evaluating and reporting on customer metrics and insights.

ARE YOU THE ONE?

  • Minimum 35 years' experience in sales and account coordination preferably in the education program delivery and sales areas.
  • Excellent management of data and generating insights for evaluation and reporting.
  • Computer literacy and experience of using a Customer Relationship Platform.
  • Excellent communication, verbal skills with an ability to build rapport with a diverse range of stakeholders including internal teams members and external customers.
  • Excellent administration and time management skills.
  • Experience in managing complex and dynamic work environments.
  • Resilient, selfmotivated and flexible with an ability to both work independently and across teams in a collaborative manner.

DESIRABLE

  • Familiarity with Creative Learning methodologies and/or creative and performing arts based activities for schools
  • Knowledge of NSW schools' curriculum across both Primary and Secondary sectors
