    Description

    We are looking for a Production Operator, reporting to Production Supervisor based in Tullamarine, Victoria.

    Key Responsibilities

    · Support the operators with the production of coatings and sealants.

    · Focusing primarily on set up reduction and rapid changeover.

    · Setting up the equipment and materials to assist the PO.

    · Clean and prepare equipment for the next task.

    · Filling of paint and sealants and packaging finished products.

    · Clean machines and accessories.

    · Participate in 5S and Lean Six Sigma activities.

    · Complies with all the procedures regarding Health, Safety and Environmental requirements at all times.

    Qualifications

    · No experience required and training will be completely provided.

    · Interest in learning and complying with PPG safety requirements.

    · Keen to learn the colour formulation, correction and be able to visually evaluate colour difference.

    · Paint manufacturing and colour matching experience is beneficial but not mandatory.
