THE ROLE
Reporting directly into the ER Manager, you will be working within a small team of 4. Responsibilities include;

Provide expert guidance and advise on ER/ IR matters across the organisation
Lead negotiations for enterprise agreements with stakeholders and employee representatives
Collaborate with the wider P&C team while building strong relationships
Keep up to date with legislation and employment law changes
Assist with the development of policies and procedures
