About the Role


This role involves proactively managing the CFO's priorities, diary and relationship management across internal and external business partners and Youi Board members whilst providing executive level administrative support to the CFO and Finance Leadership Team.

In providing this support the position exercises a high degree of communication competence, initiative, discretion, and confidentiality.


Key responsibilities include:

  • Management & tracking of CFO priorities, initiatives and deadlines
  • Executive support including diary and relationship management, meeting coordination, minute taking etc.
  • Draft, proofread, and edit a variety of documents, including internal and external reports, presentations, and memos on behalf of the CFO, ensuring accuracy and professionalism
  • Conduct research and coordinate relevant responses and/or input into projects, programs, reports, correspondence, and corporate issues ensuring accuracy and attention to detail
  • Collaborate with the crossfunctional teams within Finance to ensure timely completion of tasks and deliverables
  • Work collaboratively across the Finance team contributing to a positive team environment
  • Maintain a high level of awareness of matters coming into and out of the CFO's office to effectively respond to enquiries and exercise sound judgement on the manner of response
  • Attend to Travel bookings as requested in a timely manner (including visa's, flights, car hire, accommodation, and restaurant reservations)
  • Arrange team social events as required
- _Working collaboratively with fellow Executive and Personal Assistants to deliver consistent support across the organization._


About You

  • 5+ years' experience as a Csuite EA in a corporate environment (previous experience within a finance environment preferable)
  • Relevant Business and/or Governance qualification (preferable but not mandatory)
  • Advanced knowledge of MS 36
  • Outlook, Word and PowerPoint
  • Understanding of corporate governance principles and/or experience in coordinating Board packs or papers
  • Ability to accurately compile and record agendas and minutes
  • High level grammar, written, verbal and communication skills
  • Experience in organising workshops, seminars, or similar functions
  • Basic finance knowledge for budgeting purposes.
