The Opportunity


The SAP Customer Consulting Manager is a critical role that combines the responsibilities of a Senior Principal / Managing Consultant, with the role of Customer Consulting Manager for assigned Tambla SAP HCM/Payroll/Talent Functional & Development Consultants.

The SAP Customer Consulting Manager will provide senior-level consulting services and solutions to our customers through fresh thinking, high performance consulting leadership and a commitment to excellence.


SAP Customer Consulting Manager is responsible for:

  • Consulting services to customers/businesses in designing, implementing and supporting SAP HCM/Payroll/Talent systems and related services
  • SAP HCM/Payroll/Talent functional configuration, implementation and testing services to meet customer requirements and expectations
  • Opportunity management within our customer base in developing new project engagements
  • Responsibility for recruitment, overall employment management, development and wellbeing of assigned SAP HCM/Payroll/Talent Functional & Development Consultants
  • Leadership and professional mentorship in developing Tambla SAP Consulting capabilities
  • Development of continuous improvement initiatives to enhance Tambla SAP delivery

Skills and Experience
***You will work closely with an executive with depth in business management and quality at the front of your mind in all decision-making.

Tambla SAP Client Success Practice seeks:

  • 15+ years' experience as a Senior Principal / Managing SAP HCM Functional professional
  • Demonstrated leadership in the implementation of SAP HCM projects, covering data migration, testing, UAT, training, Go-Live cutover and handover
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, negotiating, influencing and mentoring skills
  • High attention to detail with a processdriven mindset
  • Consulting stakeholder management with strong clientfacing presence and accountability
  • Ideally, demonstrated impact in Healthcare & Public Sector clients

Qualifications:


  • SAP HCM and SuccessFactors Implementation knowledge & credentials
  • Business management qualifications are highly desirable.
