About The Role

Our client is seeking multiple experienced Property Managers to join their recently established team in Osborne Park.

As a key member managing a residential portfolio initially comprising 150 properties (set to reduce to 100), you will be at the forefront of ensuring property investment portfolios are managed with efficiency and effectiveness.

With the support of a full-time trust accountant and leasing manager, plus part-time administrative assistance, you're well-equipped for success.

Currently, routine inspections are outsourced, but with the team expanding and onboarding new properties monthly, a hands-on, positive attitude is essential.

This full-time position requires in-office attendance Monday to Friday, with no weekend work and also offers the use of company pool cars (including fuel card and toll tag).

Duties And Responsibilities

Liaising with tenants, landlords, and various stakeholders.
Negotiate favourable outcomes effectively.
Accurately process and manage invoices.
Manage arrears efficiently.
Foster and expand client relationships.

Attributes And Skills Required

3+ years' experience in end to end property management Property management registration is a mandatory requirement Great interpersonal and communication skills Must be able to work fulltime in office (No WFH opportunities) Console Cloud experience is advantageous
