You will join our APAC Business Finance
department
As our new Business Controller you will be part of APAC Business Finance team which provides business advisory to the multiple markets in the growing APAC region, with an organization that focuses on Sustainability.
Your key tasks and responsibilities will be:
- Lead the business controlling of the REH market in APAC, determine local business finance priorities and provide support in implementing globally aligned finance policies, processes & systems
- Understand stakeholder's expectations, build strong relationships and collaborate effectively in the region
- Provide support on growth in the market, change management initiatives and integration of processes with the rest of the APAC market
- Maintain strong business acumen and financial credibility to work as a trusted business advisor
- Perform financial planning and track continued development of budget, financial forecasting and operating plans in the REH units
- Drive and review the financial performance of REH units and provide quality assurance of internal monthly reporting
- Review and control the overall financial performance of projects, project profitability and order book in the business
- Monitor project creation, maintenance and closing of all projects
- Manage project risk and facilitate project reviews, followup on WIP, profitability, estimate to complete, writedowns and claims handling
- Working capital management
- Lead and contribute to management meetings in own division/department or similar
- Provide information to management for use in commercial decisions and provide complex finance advisory
- Lead initiatives for Automation and Digitization of Financial processes and collaborate on same with teams across the region
- Drive implementation of process improvements, alignment of operational guidelines and gradually shift team focus from financial admin and accounting process to valueadding financial performance management support
- Actively participate in business development initiatives and special projects as required by senior management, divisional leadership, and corporate
- Participate in knowledge sharing forums to secure that inspiration and improvement ideas are matured and spread.

- Master's or Bachelor's degree in Finance
- At least 10+ years of proven experience in a Controlling role
- Service and Business minded
- Excellent English language skills
- Advanced skills with MS Office Apps, Excel and PowerPoint
- Expert in management accounting/business finance/business acumen
