As the

P&C Business Partner, you will play a pivotal role in shaping a vibrant and motivating work environment. By partnering with your client group, you'll align P&C strategies with our business aspirations, driving initiatives that amplify employee engagement and well-being. This role can be located in either Sydney or Melbourne.

What your day to day will look like (but not limited to)

Work with leaders to align HR strategies with business goals, integrating P&C efforts with company objectives.
Serve as the main contact for employee concerns, promoting a positive, valuedriven work environment.
Lead diverse workplace initiatives, prioritising employee wellbeing.
Provide managers coaching tools to enhance employee motivation and performance.
Partner with managers to foster team growth and ongoing learning.
Support efficient and effective performance management, from goalsetting to reviews.
Evaluate and address organisational needs to improve team cohesion and business results.
Lead change initiatives, ensuring seamless transitions and robust organisational communication.
Oversee payroll, collaborating with finance for accuracy and compliance. Handle payroll queries confidentially.
Partner with the L&D and TA team for recruitment and facilitating workshops.
Advocate for diversity and inclusion, working with leaders to create a valued workforce.
