As the

P&C Business Partner, you will play a pivotal role in shaping a vibrant and motivating work environment. By partnering with your client group, you'll align P&C strategies with our business aspirations, driving initiatives that amplify employee engagement and well-being. This role can be located in either Sydney or Melbourne.


What your day to day will look like (but not limited to)

  • Work with leaders to align HR strategies with business goals, integrating P&C efforts with company objectives.
  • Serve as the main contact for employee concerns, promoting a positive, valuedriven work environment.
  • Lead diverse workplace initiatives, prioritising employee wellbeing.
  • Provide managers coaching tools to enhance employee motivation and performance.
  • Partner with managers to foster team growth and ongoing learning.
  • Support efficient and effective performance management, from goalsetting to reviews.
  • Evaluate and address organisational needs to improve team cohesion and business results.
  • Lead change initiatives, ensuring seamless transitions and robust organisational communication.
  • Oversee payroll, collaborating with finance for accuracy and compliance. Handle payroll queries confidentially.
  • Partner with the L&D and TA team for recruitment and facilitating workshops.
  • Advocate for diversity and inclusion, working with leaders to create a valued workforce.
