We are looking for Expressions of Interest from experienced Store Manager who have a passion for people development, delivering results and the Ally brand.

You will be based in Perth and be responsible for managing all aspects of the retail store operations within your region.

What We Are Looking For
- store management experience in fashion retail

Proven experience in recruiting and developing teams
Proven track record to meet sales and KPI budgets
Self motivated and ability to motivate a team which is driven by sales and thrives on challenges
Work well under pressure
Hands on and self motivated
Capable of taking responsibility for your personal and region's results
Desire to establish a long term career

What Your Day Will Involve

Train teams to organise and maintain large volume of stock, with a high visual merchandise appeal
Empower and train your teams to perform at their best
Ensure sales and KPI budgets are being met
Manage stock and expenses within your region
Prepare and manage staff rosters inline with sales achievement
Train teams to balance both customer service and administrative duties
