DIGITAL COMMUNICATIONS COORDINATOR
**FULL-TIME, PERMANENT
Cranbrook School is seeking a full-time Digital Communications Coordinator to join its
Marketing & Communications team, based at the Senior School campus in Bellevue Hill.


ABOUT THE POSITION
The Digital Communications Coordinator will support the Communications Manager in the
creation of digital content and management of platforms for the School.

This is a broad and varied role, working in collaboration with the Communications Manager
and the broader Marketing & Communications team. Duties include managing external web
content for the School, maintaining internal digital content including the staff and parent
communications, liaising with suppliers and digital agencies, executing the social media
content plan, monitoring channels and responding to audience engagement and providing
reporting and insights on social media activity.

SELECTION CRITERIA

  • 1 to 2 years' experience in marketing, communications or digital media
  • Demonstrated ability to understand and adapt to multiple digital platforms
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate and collaborate with
people at all levels

  • Highly organised, detailfocused, resourceful and with the ability to work under
pressure in order to meet deadlines***- Proficiency in the MS Office Suite

  • Familiarity with Wordpress or other CMS
  • A firm commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children
  • A demonstrated understanding of child safety and appropriate behaviours when
engaging with children.
Experience working in an independent school would be advantageous.
