Your Role We are actively recruiting for a

Recruitment Specialist for the Fortitude Valley or Southport Office of

Your Resourcing. This is an amazing opportunity to jump on a desk with long-term panel agreements across the public sector and utility sectors and join one of Your Resourcing's fastest-growing offices, with an exciting desk and the personal rewards are endless.

You will be passionate about team culture and staff development.
You will be able to lead from the front by demonstrating your Business Development ability
You will be able to account manage and infiltrate new and existing companies
You will develop an expert use of social media tools
You will build awareness around your personal brand and hold credibility whilst exceeding team sales targets

Your Experience We are not necessarily looking for experienced Senior Consultants but someone who has had a Recruitment role or Senior Consultant role and is looking for this next opportunity.

Someone who has worked in a highly successful sales teams throughout their entire careers; but you must possess commercial acumen, maturity and be highly sales driven.

You will have the capacity to react quickly under pressure and will thrive in a fast-paced, high-touch industry, in a down-to-earth environment.
