Founded in 1955, we are a leading civil engineering contracting company in WA.

Over time we have established an excellent reputation and a strong presence in the Civil Construction industry and Mining Services.

We are currently seeking Plant Operators to join our growing team.

These are permanent positions, FIFO 2:1 roster, working on a regional civil construction project with a Tier 1 Gold Company in the Northern Pilbara.

The project will be predominately bulk earthworks, tailing dams and road infrastructure.


You will be leading and working with a team to ensure all site and project operations are executed to the client needs.


Accountabilities of the role:


  • Maintain and adhere to a safe work environment.
  • Reading and interpreting plans and drawings.
  • Liaising with supervisors on a daily basis to ensure all work is completed timely and effectively.
  • Ensuring records/reports are completed as required.
  • Attending and contributing to Safety Committee Meetings as required.

About you:


  • Highly competent in a civil bulk earthworks and land development environment.
  • Complete a preemployment physical assessment and drug test.
  • RII operating ticket(s) (Essential).
  • Recent GPS experience (highly regarded).
  • Previous experience in aspects of civil subdivision.
  • Manual Drivers License (essential) and HR Drivers License (preferred).
