Our client, a leading provider to the agricultural sector offering a wide range of products, services and solutions is currently seeking experienced and reliable Machine Operators/Labourers to join their tight knit like-minded group of people at their Truganina location.


The Key responsibilities for this role are:

  • Treating and packing of seeds and ensuring that all seed treating operations are functioning as efficiently as possible without compromise to output quality
  • Ensure all maintenance failures are recorded and supervisor informed
  • Be accountable for stock levels of consumable products in your area of work
  • Support training of seasonal casuals
  • Ensure all lot numbers and quantities are checked against paperwork and are correct
To be successful in this role you will have:

  • The ability to work co-operatively within a team environment
  • Work well under pressure, achieving workload with a sense of urgency
  • Ability to cope with varying seasonal demands
  • Work with mínimal supervision
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Systematic and tidy work habits
