Property Assistant, you'll combine your passion for working in the great outdoors, maintenance, and tinkering on all the differing odd jobs on site.

We seek to expose students to the gospel, win them to Christ, disciple them in their faith, and train them for a lifetime of service._

This ministry is underpinned by administrative support, and by the operation of CRU's Camp & Conference Centres at Galston and Lake Macquarie, where students and campers can enjoy a fantastic camp experience while growing in their faith._

As a Property Assistant, you will be involved in a variety of activities including:

Maintenance and preparation of camp facilities, buildings, and activities to ensure that the campsite is well presented and usable, and safe at all times.
General maintenance and upkeep of the bushland and bivouac site
Ground keeping duties including lawn mowing, gardening, maintenance of bushwalking tracks, and management of swimming pool (when built)
Repairs and maintenance tasks such as basic plumbing, painting, carpentry
Procuring site consumables and equipment.
General maintenance of the site's boat fleet (both powered and unpowered) and associated infrastructure
General maintenance and upkeep of activity equipment, such as climbing tower, log roll, mission impossible, and the like.
Support of all water activities (refuel safety boats, repair sailboats, and sails)
Upkeep and operation of security systems across all areas of the site (Lakeside, staging area, and bush side)
Supporting other areas of operation as required.
