The opportunity

The Wealth Reporting and Data Delivery Manager will play key role in building and maintaining the reporting assets for the Master Trust and Platforms businesses.

These reports will plan a key role in governance, supervision and monitoring and ensure key performance indicators are being measured and are readily available for the business for decision-making and improve outcomes for all stakeholders.


How you will make an impact

  • Build automated reports and visualisation dashboards for consumption across the Wealth business for data users, senior management and directors.
  • Help to maintain good data management practices including, documentation, platform governance, testing, reconciliations.
  • Maintain the ecosystem of reporting assets, including evolving requirements of business stakeholders and continually improve the assets.
  • Promote the usage of selfservice reports and dashboards.
  • Capture business requirements and work collaboratively to develop future roadmaps and plans to enhance reporting assets to achieve our business strategy.
  • Accountable for the completion of assigned deliverables with little day‐to‐day management.
  • Fairly autonomous day to day but require guidance on more complex issues

What you will bring to the role
Experience & Qualifications required

  • 2+ years' relevant professional and/or supervisory experience, and industry/tertiary qualifications (or comparable "on the job" experience).
  • Experience in BI and analytics with technical skills including PowerBi, SQL, Python, AWS Redshift, Oracle
  • Agile delivery way of working and tools such as Confluence.
  • Data governance practices.
  • Wealth Management experience preferred.
Job Specific Capabilities Required

In addition to your experience and qualifications, you should be able to demonstrate an excellent level of competency in the following:

  • Strong team player, and comfortable working in a virtual environment and independently.
  • Ability to work cohesively with senior staff with good communication, when dealing with complex issues or larger clients, prospects, projects, accounts, relationships.
  • Ability to write procedures and documentation for reports.
  • Ability to work with data analysts to understand data models and source code to build reports.
  • Experience designing, prototyping, testing (UX) and building reports and dashboards.
  • Ability to think strategically and understand the bigger picture.
  • Ability to work to tight deadlines, ability to manage multiple tasks, conflicting deadlines, ambiguity.
  • Applies broad understanding of a specialised discipline and basic understanding of other disciplines.
