About Role

They are now looking to employ an experienced Investment Analyst to provide financial analysis and insights to assist with acquisition and management of assets across the property market nationally.

You will develop feasibilities and financial models using estate master and excel to assist in the decision making of new investment opportunities.

To be successful you will be proficient in the following:
Tertiary Qualification in Finance, banking or similar
At least 5 years' experience in the Property industry and have a solid understanding of the market
CFA, CA or CPA qualification not essentially but will be regarded
Understand investment process and experience performing financial and commercial due diligence
Produce financial modelling and commercial analysis' including valuation analysis and scenario modelling for asset acquisitions
Must be a strong user on excel and other Microsoft packages
You will perform at your best in a highly driven environment and be able to demonstrate superior analytical and research capabilities.
You will be a great communicator both written and verbally
