About the Role
We are currently seeking an enthusiastic Retail Salesperson to join our Paint Spot team based in Footscray, VIC on a full-time basis.
The store is open 7 days per week, so it would be an advantage if you are available to work some rostered weekends.
This fast-paced and hands-on role will see you:
Responsibilities
- Ensure high levels of customer service are maintained
- Cash handling / EFTPOS
- Accurately mix and tint paint
- Assist in maintaining stock levels
- Comply with safety standards
Skills & Experience
You're confident with people, have great communication skills, and can easily build strong relationships with peers, customers, and clients.
You're able to demonstrate a level of physical ability to work with our paint and other heavy products in-store at times.
In addition, you will:
- Enjoy building relationships with customers and colleagues and have the ability to communicate effectively and clearly
- Have demonstrated experience in a customerfacing role
- Retail/Trade sales experience would be highly desirable
