Western Australia has seen a remarkable increment in its retail electricity rates, which has led to a decrease in solar installation prices significantly over the last few years and has further created a tremendous demand for solar system installations.
Due to the rapid growth of our business, we are recruiting for a full-time Business Liaison Officer who will be responsible for being conduit between all facets of the Luxco Energy business and its customers with the primary goal of retaining, growing, and servicing its customers in accordance with the business strategy.
This is a very rewarding and diverse role.- Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters.
- Liaise with warehouse and transport personnel on orders to enhance operational efficiency.
- Establish and facilitate communications with concerned organisations and government bodies as required.
- Support all key account functions; complaint, claim handling, problem solving & other contractually agreed services.
- Carry out service failure/complaint investigations and implement corrective and preventive actions. Ensure all administrative procedures are followed correctly in a timely and efficient manner.
- Provide insights and ideas to offshore operational teams that will improve the overall service and experience for customers.
- Foster an environment of continuous improvement by challenging existing ways of doing business and investigating new opportunities for improvement whilst building and maintaining strong, longlasting client relationship.
- Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives.
- Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders.
- Initiating continuous improvements for the customer to achieve that competitive edge.
- Strong communication skills.
- Background in logistics, warehousing and/or transport as well as working efficiently as an administrative/operational officer.
- Excellent computing skills.
- Familiar with the OCRM System.
- Bachelor's degree or higher qualification with minimum 2 years of relevant work experience.
Salary:
$75, $85,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
